Breeding Centre

Our Breeding Centre is now open to the public.

We are open every day except Sunday. We will be happy to show you our facitilies with a personal tour.

Our spectacular Scarlet Macaws.
Our nursery, and babies and fledglings.
The education centre.
Gardens.

Learn about our re-introduction program first hand and spend time watching all the macaws.

Our CITES 1 Yellow Naped Amazons and the CITES 11 Red Lored Amazons in their breeding aviaries and flights, will also be on display. (currently awaiting new aviary construction)

Our nursery facilities will be open for viewing during the breeding season.

The Education Centre and Preparation Area show how our program started and the release sites we use. Giving an insight how a Breeding Centre functions. Displaying some of our activities with the local school children, and how our volunteers fit into our program.

Please be aware that the breeding birds may be sitting on eggs or have babies in the nest and so you will only be able to view from selected areas, as we do not disturb them during this critical time.
